The opening and kickoff meeting of the new European Union Prima Project (Section 2) titled "Innovative sustainable solutions for ready-to-eat traditional Mediterranean products and non-conventional healthy foods (InnoSol4Med)", coordinated by Split University (Croatia) and partnered by our center director Prof. Dr. Fatih ÖZOĞUL as well as 11 different institutions from 5 different countries, including Türkiye, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Morocco, were carried out by the Biotechnology Research and Application Center on June 20–21, 2023.
