The presentation and discussion of the final report of the Prima project, financed by the European Union and named "Bio-protective cultures and bioactive extracts as sustainable combined strategies to improve the shelf-life of perishable Mediterranean food (BioProMedFood)," coordinated by our center director Prof. Dr. Fatih ÖZOĞUL and partnered by 10 different institutions from 5 different countries (Türkiye, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia), were carried out by the Biotechnology Research and Application Center on June 20–21, 2023.
