The final meeting of the European Union Project was held at our center

The presentation and discussion of the final report of the Prima project, financed by the European Union and named "Bio-protective cultures and bioactive extracts as sustainable combined strategies to improve the shelf-life of perishable Mediterranean food (BioProMedFood)," coordinated by our center director Prof. Dr. Fatih ÖZOĞUL and partnered by 10 different institutions from 5 different countries (Türkiye, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Slovenia), were carried out by the Biotechnology Research and Application Center on June 20–21, 2023.

The BioProMedFood project (Project ID 1467) is supported by the PRIMA Program. The PRIMA Program is supported under Horizon 2020, the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.
